Return policy
We stand behind every PROSHADE we sell.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange
or refund the purchase price, less re-stocking fee. Simply return the item to
us within 21 days of original purchase via insured parcel post to:

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and
materials, including lanyard. Products must be returned within 21 days of
original purchase with original package card in order to receive a refund. All returns must be freight prepaid. No
freight collect returns will be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
No returns will be accepted if PROSHADE is damaged or parts are missing. A PROSHADE
Web Store receipt must accompany all returns.
Credit refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original
purchase and will be issued when the returned merchandise has been received and
processed. Please allow approximately 10
to 15 business days from receipt of items for returns processing.
Comments, and Other Content
Guests may
submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information to PROSHADE.
PROSHADE reserves the right to edit all communications submitted prior to
posting on www.proshade.net and it is solely at the discretion of PROSHADE to
elect to post or not post any and all submissions. If you do submit material, you grant PROSHADE
a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, right to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute,
and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant PROSHADE and
its affiliates the right to use the name that you submit in connection with
such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or
otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the
content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this
policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will
indemnify PROSHADE or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you
supply. PROSHADE has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or
remove any activity or content. PROSHADE takes no responsibility and assumes no
liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies, or may be incomplete or
not current. Unfortunately, such inaccurate information may relate directly to
the price of a product, the description of a product or its availability. We
reserve the right to correct all such mistakes at any time without notice, even
after an order was placed or shipped, based on inaccurate information. We
apologize in advance for any inconvenience or misunderstanding such errors
